A container created by Odin Business Automation Standard (OBA-S) on a Virtuozzo Containers (VC) 4.7 node fails to start with the following error:

fork() failed: Cannot allocate memory Error: Unable to start the Container.

This occurs if the "VSwap only resource management" memory management model is enabled in the hosting plan.

Such behavior was classified as the software issue PBAS-27978 and was fixed in OBAS 4.2.2 release.

Upgrade OBAS to the latest version.
