Customer has domain with the enabled Parallels Plesk Panel hosting on the domain. An attempt to remove Plesk hosting from POA Customer CP failed with the error. Domain is Not i sync and the domain status is Failed to Delete in POA Customer Control Panel. The following error is shown near the domain status:

Example of the error:


If Parallels Plesk Panel uses Power User view it is not allowed to delete the last domain.


To be able to delete the last domain change the interface mode from Power User view to Service Provider view. It can be done in 2 ways:

  1. Login to Plesk CP, switch to Server > Interface Management, change to Service Provider view

  2. Login to Plesk server via SSH and run the command:

    # /usr/local/psa/bin/poweruser --off

After switching the interface mode repeat an attempt to remove the domain via POA CCP.
