A customer assigned Plesk hosting on a domain in the Operations Automation (OA) Customer Control Panel (CCP). OA fails to provision the domain to Plesk.

The domain is Not in sync and the domain status is Failed to Add in the OA CCP. The following error is shown near the domain status:

1007: Domain adding was failed. Error: Domain DomainName.tld already exists.

When you assign Plesk hosting on a domain, OA creates separate subscriptions in Plesk under a single account. In Plesk 10 and later, OA creates subscriptions under the admin account. Prior to Plesk 10, the Default client customer was used.

This error means a domain with this name already exists in Plesk under another client account.

In Plesk, switch the domain's subscription owner to the admin account and then try to recreate the domain with Plesk hosting from the OA CCP:

  1. Go to Hosted Domains
  2. Click on the domain in question
  3. Click the Resubmit to Parallels Plesk Panel button

This problem can also be caused by OA bug. A fix was included in POA 5.5.4.
