A customer has PA subscription with Exchange and LiveOffice APS application services. The customer cannot add Exchange contact in POA CCP due to the following error:
Service 'E-mail (mailbox)' is required for service 'LiveOffice'.
Likely provisioning of the LiveOffice APS application was not yet completed in the customer subscription.
When customer adds Exchange contact in their Control Panel POA adds contact in own database and then checks if APS application is available on subscription (it is) and tries to add contact to LiveOffice automatically. So, by the moment when customer tries to add Exchange contact LiveOffice APS application instance should be in ready state and all APS provisioning tasks for the subscription must be completed.
Find and process all unprocessed APS tasks related to the LiveOffice application instance (solve problems with LiveOffice application provisioning if needed):
- Find the instance ID of LiveOffice application in POA Customer CP
- Go to POA Task Manager in Provider CP
- Search for tasks with the following names
APS application 'LiveOffice', id 113, instance <NNNN> -> service 'contact', instance 10650: executing configuration script
where <NNNN> is the ID of application instance you found on the first step above.
You may also filter all tasks in POA Task Manager by the ID of the subscription in question, find APS tasks related to the LiveOffice application and process them.
