Hosted Dynamics CRM Services state, Users and Organizations

Hosted Dynamics CRM services are managed in OA Provider Control Panel at

  • Top > Services > Collaboration > Hosted Dynamics CRM > Services
  • Top > Services > Collaboration > Hosted Dynamics CRM > Users
  • Top > Services > Collaboration > Hosted Dynamics CRM > Organizations

    Check the state of Hosted Dynamics CRM Services, Users, and Organizations on regular basis to find out if there are any issues with Dynamics CRM provisioning which could affect customer subscriptions. Subsequent failures of a service as well as multiple user/organizations that are not in a Ready state indicate that the system is not healthy.

Office Communications Users and Organizations

Go to Top > Services > Collaboration > Office Communications > Users / Organizations to manage Microsoft Office Communications services.

Keep an eye on status of Office Communications Users and Organizations. To participate in calls and conferences, OCS clients should stay Ready and Active.
