Check overall status of system services
Each operation in OA is driven by multiple components which depend on each other and ensure proper service provisioning.
You may view the overall state of system services in OA Provider Control Panel:
- Top > Infrastructure > Services
- Top > Infrastructure > Service Controllers
Filter services by Required state = Active and look for services whose current state is not active. This will give you a summary of OA components and their statuses (current and required ones) and help to identify problems.
