SymptomUser does not see a tab related to Hosted PBX services in POA Customer Control Panel. E.g. user does not see the tab Call Forwarding.
CauseSub-service which is in charge for the absent tab is disabled in corresponding Resource Type which is assigned to the user. In the above-mentioned case sub-service User > Call Forwarding is disabled in the resource type.
ResolutionFirst of all, check if sub-service should be enabled in the Resource Type in the Parallels Automation BroadWorks Integration Provider's Guide. Do not enable sub-service(s) in the resources unless Deployment Guide suggest doing that, it may lead to incorrect services configuration for users in BroadWorks system.
If the Deployment Guide suggests enabling sub-service then follow the steps below to do that:
- Log into POA Provider Control Panel.
- Find the Hosted PBX Resource Type which is assigned to the user as service in Top > Service Director > Provisioning Manager > Resource Types and click it.
- Switch to the tab Activation Parameters > Services.
- Enable the desired sub-service.
