A button in a Provider-customized customer CP in PBA 5.0/5.1, e.g., the Turn Off Auto Renew button, is hidden. After upgrading to PBA 5.4, the button is visible again.

The customization files are still present on the PBA Application Server in the proper folder, /usr/local/bm/customization.

In PBA 5.4, the IDs of some buttons shown in the customer CP were changed, including the Turn Off Auto Renew button in particular.

On PBA 5.1 installation:
# cat /usr/local/bm/conf/wnd/BM/Subscription_GetMyWin.xml |grep "Turn Off Auto"
    <button id="AutoRenewOff" label="Turn Off AutoRenew option" />

On PBA 5.4:
# cat /usr/local/bm/conf/wnd/BM/Subscription_GetMyWin.xml |grep "Turn Off Auto"
    <button id="autoRenewOff" label="Turn Off Auto Renew" />

Compare the button's ID in the customization file with the original one located in /usr/local/bm/conf/wnd/BM/.

If the IDs of the buttons are different, correct the button ID in the customization file in the /usr/local/bm/customization folder to correspond to the button ID from the original file located in the /usr/local/bm/conf/wnd/BM/ folder.

Restart the "www" container to apply the changes:
# /etc/init.d/www restart
