This article can help you find all tasks related to the PVC container belonging to a particular customer's subscription.
When a customer performs any operation with the PVC container on their subscription, POA generates a task or tasks for the requested operation. Task execution can sometimes fail, and the status of the PVC container will no longer be Active. Further operations with this container cannot be performed until previously scheduled tasks are executed. Container status will be changed back to Active when all tasks related to the container are successfully completed.

Since POA 5.3, container task(s) can be found by the subscription ID:
Provider CP > System Director > Task Manager > Search the task(s) related to the container by the subscription ID.
In case you find no tasks, or your POA version is lower than 5.3, use the extended method described below:
  1. Determine the hostname of the container:
Customer CP > Select subscription with PVC container > VPS > VPS Management > On this page, you can find the container hostname.

  2. Determine the ID of the container:
Provider CP > Service Director > Virtuozzo Manager > VPSs > Search the customer container by its hostname > Remember the container ID.

  3. Find task(s) related to the container:
Provider CP > System Director > Task Manager > Search the tasks by the queue name vps_operations_CTID or vps_init_CTID. You can use a search expression like *vps*CTID*
(where CTID is the container ID retrieved in step 2).
Found tasks are related to the container on the customer’s subscription.
