A customer has application with 0 limit on their subscription. It is not possible to use this application, however application icon is shown in the navigation menu of Customer CP.

In order to hide applications with 0 limit in Customer CP, appropriate resource type should be hidden. It could be done by modifying service template settings.

Change the application resource type visibility in the service template.

  1. Top > Service Director > Provisioning Manager > Service Templates > Find service template

  2. Select Resources tab and switch to the Visibility subtab.

  3. Select the application resource type to be hidden and click the Hide button.
Hidden application resource type will not be shown in Customer CP if it has 0 limit on the subscription.
