A customer cannot configure the Outlook client to connect to their Exchange mailbox hosted in the POA system if, for whatever reason, it cannot be done using the Autodiscover feature.


Other options are available to configure the Outlook client to connect to a mailbox hosted in the POA system:

1. Open POA Customer CP and navigate to Hosting > Configuration & Administration > Email > Mailboxes > click on mailbox

2. Click on the link View setup info at the bottom of the screen:

3. A new page will open. Follow the steps outlined in sections Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 Configuration Script and Advanced Outlook Configuration.
