Provisioning for a Hosted Exchange subscription fails with the following error:

Parallels Operations Automation error #extype_id=158; module_id=Exchange; There is no company disclaimer with identifier XX.

The default Company Disclaimer configured for the subscription does not have a Ready status.

Use the following steps to synchronize the Company Disclaimer status:

1. Find the cancelled/failed/unprocessed scheduled tasks related to the same domain service. Process those whose description contains the "Company Disclaimer" substring.

2. If the status does not become 'Ready', or you were not able to identify any scheduled tasks for that domain service, adjust the status of the Company Disclaimer in the POA database:plesk=> begin;
plesk=> UPDATE exch_disclaimers SET sync_status = 0 WHERE disclaimer_id = <disclaimer_id>;
plesk=> commit;
Use the ID of the Company Disclaimer from the error message shown in the Symptoms section.

3. Tell the customer that the changes recently made to the Company Disclaimer have not yet been applied to the Exchange, and that the best way to actualize them is to recreate the Company Disclaimer.

Resubmit the order for provisioning once you have changed the Company Disclaimer status to Ready.
