The root folder for customers' public folders contains numbers. Customer wants to include their company name instead of numbers in the root public folder name.

POA is configured to use subscription IDs or account IDs in order to form the unique name of the root folder for the public folders of an Exchange organization.

Change the root public folder name template so that folder names are based on customers' company names at Top > Service Director > Hosted Exchange Manager > Exchange Settings.
In the "Root public folder template," specify the following value:${company_name}${unique}
This configuration will change the template, but previously created root folders will remain unchanged.
