Additional resources have been purchased for a subscription. The subscription is later switched onto the service plan, based on the different service template. Additional resources purchased earlier are unprovisioned during the switch.


PBA-E is configured to interact with POA using protocol version 5. In that version of protocol, it is not possible to request for POA to hold additional resources purchased during the subscription switch.


Make sure there are no orders in statuses Provisioning, Provisioning Failed, Long Running Operation, or Manual Operation. Configure API protocol version 6 to be used by PBA-E during communication with POA as shown in the following screenshot:
