The menu item "My tickets" in the left left pane of PA Customer Control Panel is shown by default as on the following screenshot


 Follow the below steps to hide it:

Step 1: Disable PBA-E TTS at Top > Configuration Director > Trouble Tickets > Settings > Edit

Step 2: Disable External Helpdesk System in PBA-E at Top > Configuration Director > External Helpdesk > Setup

Step 3. Disable built-in ticketing system in POA at Top > System Director > Configuration Manager > Custom Menu Manager > CCP Menu Structure
