  1. Login to a Parallels H-Sphere Control Panel server using SSH.
  2. Download the tool (for Control Panel on FreeBSD use fetch instead of wget):         # wget
  3. Make the tool executable:         # chmod +x
  4. Run the tool:         # ./ 1>hsstat-report 2>hsstat-error
  5. Send the report file (hsstat-report) and error log (hsstat-error) to us by e-mail ( Note: error log is essential for us to resolve possible problems with reporting from different versions of H-Sphere, please don't miss it.

Additional information

The tool does not report sensitive information. It checks if particular features are used or not, as well as how much they are used (like, how many accounts use the particular feature). See an example of the data in the attached hsstat-report file.

The tool works with Parallels H-Sphere versions 3.3 - 3.5.
