I have placed an online order and see 2 charges on my online bank statement. It appears I was billed twice?


Our online store credit card transactions include a pre-authorization hold to verify funds are available. After we receive the pre-authorization okay, the actual charge is submitted.

Regular credit cards will hold the funds with this pre-authorization and when the full charge processes, they remove the pre-authorization hold immediately.

If you used a debit card to make your purchase, you may see both the pre-authorization and the charge as full charges until the bank removes the pre-authorization. Depending on the bank this may take between 5-7 business days from the initial charge. Unfortunately, Parallels can not remove this line item from your online bank statement.
