Introduction
This article is intended for people who deal with the Customer Directory Integration (CDI) feature in Parallels Operations Automation (POA). It outlines troubleshooting techniques and describes known issues.

Typical installation
CDI Agent default installation path:
C:\Program Files\Parallels\Directory Integration
Local database caching the Active Directory (AD) data:
Data\ADSyncCache.sdf
- CDI Agent's configuration file (self-documented):
ADSync.exe.config
The CDIPasswordAgent user that is created in the customer's AD when the CDI Password Change Filter Agent is installed by default is assigned the following permissions (by the installer):
Generic Read and Execute permissions for the Data folder (By default, it is located in C:\Program Files\Parallels\Directory Integration.)
- Write permission to the ADSyncCache.sdf database in the Data folder
