PowerDNS failed task with error 'Domain Not Found' after domain subscription termination

Symptoms

An Update PowerDns server task, generated after domain subscription termination, failed with the following error:

Operation with storage caused error: 'domain.tld.(): Operation with storage caused error: 'Domain not found'

This behavior has been recognized by CloudBlue R&D team as FND-941.

Please contact your TAM or PTA to check the status of the request and discuss the workaround. No permanent solution is currently available.
