Symptoms
Customer created additional staff member for managing Windows Azure Pack services. When they log into PA Customer CP, they do not see 'Azure Pack Services'.
Cause
Permissions 'Manage own application' is required for managing Windows Azure Pack application.
Resolution
Add staff member to the group with the enabled 'Manage own application' permission.
