The records that will be used can be determined with dig command:
dig +nocmd domain.tld NS +noall +answer
domain.tld. 11 IN NS test.test.com
domain.tld. 11 IN NS test1.test.com
domain.tld. 11 IN NS test3.test.com
If command returns nothing then POA dns servers are used.
