Wireless Services (Blackberry/Good Mobile Accounts and Devices)
Use OA Provider Control Panel to manage wireless services:
- Top > Services > E-mail > Blackberry > Accounts
- Top > Services > E-mail > Good Mobile Messaging > Accounts
Important things to note include the following:
- Account status – the actual state of a mailbox in the system - Ready, Creating, Updating, Deleting, Failed
- Device status - configuration status of the BlackBerry/GoodMobile device:
- Not available - device status is unknown
- Initializing - remote registration of the device is initialized
- No PIN - device was not activated due to some error
- Wiping - cleaning all user data (in case the device was lost)
- Wiped - device is cleaned up
- Activated - device is active and connected to the BlackBerry™ Server. In that case, the PIN will be displayed opposite this field
- Unknown - device is not registered in POA
