../webXX/html/cgi-bin folder of Confixx user has the following permissions after a user is created:

# ls -l ../webXX/html/

total 8

drwx------ 2 web4 ftponly 4096 Aug 17 04:51 cgi-bin

-rw-r--r-- 1 web4 ftponly 181 Aug 17 04:51 index.html

Apache has no access to cgi-bin folder because the permissions are incorrect.

To resolve the problem you should change permissions to 755 of the $installDir/cgi/html/cgi-bin folder. After that the cgi-bin folder of the Confixx user will be created with the correct permissions.

Any user can also change permissions of the cgi-bin folder himself.

This issue occurs only with Confixx Professional 3.0.3 installation.
