When trying to delete a domain from Helm, it fails and I get the following error in the logs:
2005-04-16 12:59:09 CDomain.DeleteDomainEx The SSL support has not been configured correctly. Please contact your administrator.
This usually means that SSL has been installed on a domain, and then SSL support has been removed from the web service. Firstly, go to the Domain Menu for that domain, and click SSL. Try to uninstall it - it will probably fail. If it succeeds, you should be able to delete the domain. Otherwise check the web service that the domain is set up on here:
Home > System Settings > Servers > Your Server > Web Service
You will most likely see that the field "Shared SSL Domain" is blank. If this is because you no longer support SSL, then that's fine - you'll just need to temporarily add a dummy value in order to delete the domain.
1.) Add a dummy domain name (e.g. into the Shared SSL Domain and save it.
2.) Delete the problem domain (should now delete fine).
3.) Remove the dummy domain from the web service and save it.
You can repeat this for any other domains that have SSL on that you are having trouble deleting.
