When I try to add domains to a reseller (which dumps to a remote iis server) I get the following errors:

2003-09-15 11:53:34 Website.IWeb_AddWebsite Unknown error while creating site: Automation error
2003-09-15 11:53:34 CWebsite.AddWebsiteEx Unknown error while creating site: Automation error
2003-09-15 11:53:35 Website.IWeb_RemoveWebSite Unknown error while removing site: Automation error
2003-09-15 11:53:36 CDomain.AddDomainEx

I have ascertained that the anon user is created - the domain is put in IIS, but the folder is not created - hence Helm fails.

1.) Make sure the default shares are set up on the remote server (C$ etc)
2.) Make sure that the machine name you have put in Helm matches EXACTLY the netbios name of the machine (i.e. the computer name)
3.) If both of the above points are correct and you still have issues, reboot the control server.
4.) If this doesn't fix the issue, contact your licence provider for support.
