Symptoms

An attempt to export reconsillation report in PCP -> Applications -> Office 365 -> Instance -> Reconciliation report -> export results in the following error:

Unknown error occurred

However as could be seen in Office365 sitelog APS endpoint continues to loop through orders:

Cause

This behavior has been recognized as APSA-16066 by CloudBlue R&D team and will be fixed in the future versions of Office 365 APS application.

Please contact your TAM or PTA to check the status of the request.
