It is not possible to enter Customer Control Panel due to the error message below:

Member #100001 does not exist.

Also there are no Service Management Roles assigned to the account's staff member, the account and user are absent from Operations Automation.

Moreover, an attempt to 'Edit' any account information fails with the following error:

State/Province should be located in the selected country.


The account and its staff member have been created via API with incorrect value passed as State / Province which blocks their provisioning to Operation Automation. That is why there are no such entities in Operations part and Customer Control Panel is unavailable.


  1. Choose the correct State / Province value and save the account information.
  2. Process any other misconfigurations if any.
  3. Resubmit for processing the corresponding failed Account Created and User Created events in System > Settings > System > Events > Event Types.
