"Loading subdomain form" freezes after pressing "Create account" while purchasing Office 365 plan in the Online Store.
There are 2 possible reasons for such error:
- Billing and Online Store customization was not properly applied during the latest Office 365 Application upgrade.
- Certificate on the Billing Application host is expired. As a result, expired certificate led to inability to establish SSL Handshake between Online Store and Billing Application host.
