Symptoms

'Unprovisioning "seataccount" for APS application G Suite' task fails:

First attempt:

    APS Application Error:
    400 Bad Request
    [Exception] Unprovisioning: resource e361cd42-8cbd-48ca-987d-18082e281575 of type 'seataccount' (http://www.googleappsforwork.com/googleappsvault/seataccount/11.0) for APS application 'G Suite-3.0-208': Bad Request: Error calling DELETE https://www.googleapis.com/apps/licensing/v1/product/Google-Apps/sku/Google-Apps-For-Business/user/username%40domain.com: (400) Invalid userId: username@domain.com.

Next attempts fail with:

Cause

The account was absent on Google side during the first deletion attempt. However, the task removed the link to users which caused the second failure.

Resolution

Contact your Technical Account manager or CloudBlue Technical Support to apply a workaround.
