There are many entries like below could be seen every 5 minutes in Instance Manager log
P50030: Cannot remove backup schedule ... - it is assigned to at least one VE (Request failed)
However the corresponding OA PACI subscription has the mentioned backup schedule resource type. Why the error occurs?
Such situation happens when CI service template is being synchronized with Instance Manager subscriptions. This synchronization is being triggered by changing backup or image space limits in CI service template activation parameters.
However, due to logic implementation, the exception will be thrown in case a VE has one of these backups schedules assigned. This prevents synchronization of IM subscriptions with CI ST.
This behavior is recognized as software issue CCU-19310 by CloudBlue R&D team. Please contact PTA or your TAM in order to check the status of the request or to apply w/a.
