There is an order, its status "Completed" no matter the fact that its provisioning item in status "Waiting".


This behavior is caused by software related issue PBA-85972(Order "Completed" - item "Waiting" due to race condition occured between PEMGATE.CheckPemRequests and BM.StopAndDeleteService during delayed cancellation order processing).
