Task "Provisioning "Panel_6_1" for APS application Cloud Infrastructure" or attempt to recreate VM based on Windows 2016 fails with error:

APS Application Error: 
500 Internal Server Error
[ApplicationUnknownError] [IM] P100001: Operation failed; details: [Failed to execute command in VE].

In /var/log/messages on PCS node the following errors could be found:

In /var/log/pa/vps.vm2vf.log the following could be seen:

The issue is caused by Software-related issue #CCU-18548: " Plesk failed to provision in german windows on vz7"
