Symptoms

It is not possible to login to the CP for all customers of a reseller. Every time a user tries to login, it is asked to accept privacy policy and redirected back to login screen once accepts.

Cause

Initially, the reseller users accepted provider's privacy policy. Later, the reseller set up own privacy policy, which was accepted by the users as well. After that, the provider modified own privacy policy and updated it with the button Update the current Privacy Policy. After that, all reseller users were affected by the issue.

Such behavior was recognized as a software-related issue APS-45823.

Resolution

Contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate Team (pta@cloudblue.com) to trace the status of APS-45823 and discuss possible workaround.
