If a cancellation order for some .at or .de domain has a "Transit to Registrar" parameter enabled for any of such domains and this order contains a domain of some other TLD (like .net), then Epnic C++ domain plugin sends a cancellation request with the "Transit to Registrar" option enabled for all domains in the order. This leads to the order failure because of the negative response from the registrar:

Action : TRANSIT
Domain : abc.tld
Result : ERROR
Reason : action not allowed

Such situation may happen only when the whole account having domains other than .at or .de is cancelled. If during the order placement the customer markes any of his .at or .de domains as "Transit to Registrar", then all termination requests for domains included to the cancellation order will contain the "MarkForTransit" parameter.

This behaviour was acknowledged as incorrect and to address it an internal software issue POA-116123 was submitted to the development team. Contact the responsible Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate Team at to clarify the status of this issue.

It is possible to complete the failing cancellation order by use of the conflict resolver.
