The Billing Profile of the customer has empty email address in MS Partner Center.


  1. Log in to MS Partner Center
  2. Go to Dashboard
  3. Find the client by its name or domain, click it
  4. In the left pane click Account
  5. Edit Bill-to info and specify the correct email
  6. Resubmit the failed order.
