  2. Find a Reseller Account
  3. Switch to Documents tab

A Voided Payment with Available Balance decreasing Reseller balance can be observed.


The issue is caused by #PBA-84301 "It is possible to get a Payment with negative (desceasing customer balance) available ballance as result of voiding it"
