When logged in to the resellers control panel it is not possible to download PDF of some document (invoice, payment) of the account that has been transferred out to a different vendor, an error message Access Denied is displayed.


The issue is caused by the bug with id #PBA-83569 (""Access denied" on attempt to download PDF of transferred out account").


There are two places where invoices can be downloaded successfully - the provider's control panel and the customer's control panel.
