An attempt to switch a subscription plan/period fails with an error message:
“There is an uncompleted Change Order #XXX related to it. You should remove this Order first.”
The mentioned Change Order #XXX has status "Canceled". In the "Provisioning Items" tab of this order it can be seen that the order was canceled by the billing:
In addition, some of the subscription's resources can have inappropriate statuses like
Ordered with the "Order Number" field referenced to the Change Order #XXX.
The issue is caused by an internal software issue with ID #OA-3657.
